  • Updated Consultation: Chapter 5 (Slaughter and Dressing) of the Red Meat Code of Practice

    MPI have now issued Chapter 5 (Slaughter and Dressing) of the Red Meat Code of Practice (CoP5) after a review of the consultation submissions. The summary of submissions and the Code of Practice Chapter 5 (effective from 1 October 2017) is now available on the MPI website.
